Advisory Council
Board reviews and advises the Montana State Historic Preservation Office in its efforts to prepare and implement a statewide Historic Preservation Plan, conduct and maintain a statewide survey to identify historic buildings and archaeological sites, evaluates historic properties for significance and nominates them to the National Register of Historic Places, provides education on Historical Preservation and other duties as outlined in Montana Code Annotated 22-3-422.
