Description The Governor appoints a single member to each of the voter information pamphlet (VIP) committee members for ballot initiatives and constitutional initiatives. The Governor, Attorney General, Senate President and Speaker of the House each appoint one member to the ballot initiative Rejection committee that writes arguments for the VIP. The VIP is sent to voters on or before October. The sponsor of the ballot initiative or constitutional initiative will appoint the Approval committee members.
