Description Commission selects and prioritizes projects for construction, maintenance, awards monthly contracts, allocates federal aid highway funds, designates highways by systems, designates special speed zones and maximum speeds on bridges and overpasses, designates access control highways or facilities, resolves outdoor advertising appeals and manages abandonment of highway right of way.
